You can get started entering your hours in just a few minutes. All you need to do is fill out your Profile information and create a Site and Supervisor that you want to assign hours to. Very easy! Very fast! The last thing we want to do is waste your valuable time.
Step 1: go to the PROFILE page and simply input your personal information (e.g., your name, school info, current status [Trainee or Intern], intern number, etc.) Step 2: go to the SITES page and enter your site and supervisor specific information (e.g., site name and address, supervisor name and license info, etc.) Step 3: go to the HOURS page, select the weeks you want to enter hours and simply input your weekly hours of experience, category-by-category TrackYourHours does the rest! What is so special about TrackYourHours?TrackYourHours is extremely easy to use and provides you with a powerful reporting interface that is designed to make your information available at a glance. It is great for MFT Trainees and Interns who want to spend their precious time doing things other than filling out forms and wondering where they are with their training hours.
Will the BBS accept forms created by TrackYourHours?Yes! We wouldn't have it an other way. The forms generated by the TrackYourHours application are accepted by the BBS.
What if I am working at more than one site?No problem. TrackYourHours allows you to enter as many sites and supervisors as you want. We know some people complete all their training at one place, while others like to spread their experience out to more than one site. Just so you know, the creator of TrackYourHours trained at three different sites.
Can I use this if I have already started getting my hours?Absolutely! It's easy to put in the hours you have already accumulated. If you are an Intern and have Trainee hours you want to put into the application, it's easy. We actually recommend that you do this, so you can take full advantage of the reporting features in TrackYourHours.
Can I edit hours once they are in the application?Yes. You can edit them at any time.
Can I get my information out of the TrackYourHours application?Yes. You can download all your information at any time into an Excel document.
Is the program kept up-to-date with changing BBS requirements?Great question! We are always on the lookout for changes in the BBS rules and regulations and do our best to update the application accordingly. It is important to note that while TrackYourHours does a lot, we encourage everyone using it to be aware of the BBS rules and regulations because there are many and sometimes they get pretty confusing.
Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?Yes. Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. Our system is fully redundant and we can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency.
Do I have to download any special software?Maybe, it depends, most modern browsers have all that you need. Some older versions of popular browsers may require you to install something called a plugin - Flash Player 9 - do this once and you are all set. The application will let you know if you need to do this.
Why is TrackYourHours web-based and what does that mean?TrackYourHours is web-based, so all you need is an Internet connection and a modern browser. TrackYourHours supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later, Firefox, or Safari. Any Windows, Mac, or Linux machine running any of these browsers will be able to access and use TrackYourHours. So whether you are at home, at a counseling center, at school, at a coffee shop - you get the idea - you can access TrackYourHours from a lot of places. Another great feature of our application being web-based is that as we continue to develop new features, you won't have to do anything, they will just show up ready and waiting for you. Pretty cool!
What type of support do you provide?We provide unlimited support via email for our customers. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. We also make sure the company owner or a lead developer answers the email. We do not outsource our support or employ unqualified support staff.
How does your refund policy work?TrackYourHours is a year-to-year, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You can cancel the service at any time, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
