What is so special about TrackYourHours?

TrackYourHours is the only site that applies the BBS regulations to your hours and produces your Experience Verification Forms with one click.  All you have to do is enter your hours and the appropriate rules are applied, your hours are automatically reported under the correct status and your forms are completed quickly and accurately.  You can even view the hours you can claim under both the old (pre-2016) and new experience requirements.

TrackYourHours is currently available to California Trainees and Interns seeking licensure as Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).

How do I get started entering my hours?

Sign up for a free trial and you will be entering your hours in just a few minutes. Very easy! Very fast!

Will the BBS accept forms created by TrackYourHours?

Yes!  The forms populated by TrackYourHours are the exact forms provided by the BBS.

What if I am working at more than one site?

No problem at all. TrackYourHours allows you to enter as many sites and supervisors as you want. When you have multiple supervisors at a single site the software automatically applies the supervision requirements across all supervisors at that site.

What if I have multiple supervisors?

You can create as many supervisors as you need. You can assign multiple supervisors to a site and you can also assign a supervisor to multiple sites. We provide total flexibility to meet your individual needs.

What if I have already earned some hours before signing up?

It’s easy to enter hours you have already accumulated.  The hours will be automatically categorized by status and the appropriate state rules will be applied based on the date you earned the hours.

Can I edit hours once they are in the application?

It is very fast and easy to enter, edit and delete hours.  Our software was designed by Interns for Interns and we focus on simplicity and ease of use.

Is the software up-to-date with current state requirements?

We monitor the state rules and regulations and update the application on a regular basis.  It is important to note that while we work diligently to ensure TrackYourHours keeps up with the changing requirements, we encourage all users to be aware of their state’s rules and regulations.

What type of support do you provide?

We have a comprehensive Knowledge Base that provides answers to common questions about our software, instructional videos and information about licensure requirements.  When you need additional assistance you can submit a ticket and you will receive a prompt reply from our Support Staff.

Do I have to download any special software?

No.  Our software is web-based so all you need is a computer with an Internet connection.  This allows you to log your hours at home, at a counseling center, at school, or even a coffee shop.

Do you backup the data in case of an emergency?

Yes.  We write the data to multiple servers instantly and run nightly backups.  Our system is fully redundant and we can perform a full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency.

How does your refund policy work?

TrackYourHours provides a free 30 day trial and is a year-to-year, pay-as-you-go service so we do not provide refunds. You can cancel the service at any time, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

I forgot my password.

If you forget your password you can easily recover it.  Just click the “Forgot your password?” link next to the “Sign In” button.

How do I cancel my account?

Login in to your account and click on the “Account & Billing” tab. Scroll to the link just below the “Billing Status” box that says “Want to cancel your account?”. Select the link to open the confirmation screen and select the button that says “Yes, Cancel My Account”.  Please note that when you cancel your account your data may be deleted.
